Guide to setup USB-UIRT in NPVR?

hello, I have tried search around but not able to get a complete setup guide for NPVR + USB-UIRT. Could someone kindly post the url or relevant document on doing that?

my hardware config:
1. NPVR 2.1.5
2. HDPVR (2 boxes, plan to have multiple recordings on 1 computer)
3. ordered 1 USB-UIRT, on the way to my place for testing.
4. DISH VIP722K receiver

I read some posts about USBUIRTSEND.exe and its argument for NPVR to change the channel. But I can't find its download place. seems that it is not provided by USB-UIRT package, right?

for the configuration, do i need "USBUIRTSEND.exe"? I downloaded it via the post:

and what if I got 2 or more USBUIRT device connected on 1 computer? Can I control them using the command or interface?

I dont think USBUIRTSEND.exe supports multiple USBUIRT, but I'm pretty sure alternative blaster software like HIP or IR Server Suite do.
