The timebar in the OSD for live TV seems to be displaying unexpected info. The right side shows the current time instead of the time the program should be ending and the left side either shows "-0:00" or some negative number? Also, the position/progress bar is mostly filled and I'm not really sure what it is showing. Thanks for any help.

The timeline is what you typically see on a set top box these days. ie, current time on the right, and time behind live on the left.

Ok, but the current time is shown in two places (at the right of the timeline and above that in the right corner of the OSD) which seems a little strange. By the way, could the current time in the corner of the OSD also be shown in the OSD timeline when playing back a recording? Thanks.

current time in the playback osd is a long-standing wishlist request; indeed a new one was just posted today.

Keep in mind you're talking about two different OSD elements that arent always shown together.

If you're sitting back using a remote and pressing the skip buttons, you'll only be shown the smaller time line graphic, so will only see the single time.

I enable the old-style timeline top imag (via config.xml) and to me it is much more intuitive. I have no idea what that bottom is showing.

Both options are there for people to use. Just use whatever suits your preference.

The default style is "current time and minutes behind live" since thats what more people would be familar with (very common on set top boxes).

lol @ the top image... if I had a nickel for every triple-5 and triple-1 I've scored trying to hit 20 I'd be rich. ok, not rich... but I'd have a bunch of nickels!

I see that now - thanks.
