Recording service stopped

I've seen the recording service stop sometimes, and finally I have some logs. It looks like it stopped after updating the EPG.

It happened again. I see a lot of the same lines in the recordings log:

It's obviously trying hundreds of times to remove the MPEG filter and is not succeeding, after that the recording service stops (and my PC reboots because I set it up to reboot after a stop of the recording service).

I dont suppose you have a set of steps for me to reproduce it?
