Just tried and it confirms that either the driver is messed up (after I deleted and reinstalled I doubt it) or the device has died...which could explain a lot ! Well I'll probably get a new one in a couple of days and then give you an update.

Maybe you have both recording services running at the same time
Remove both npvr and gbpvr and all drivers for tuner
Restart machine from cold (not restart)
install card then
install all things in the pre req (wiki)even if you think you have them
then install nextpvr

do a scan post logs if you still have issues

DVB-T stick is definitely dead now. So will post back when I get a new one.
