Launch WMC by selecting .wtv files

Is there a config item for this patch? On Vista, VMC won't play .wtv files, but ffdshow does but I think if I register NPVR against .wtv files NPVR will keep calling itself.

There is a config.xml setting for it in the next release, but that was just a quick version for him to try. Look for <PlayWTVinWMC>
