I can no get a picture to show on any channels at all, all i get is a black screen with sound also if i minimize it then maximize it shows the menu still with a black square in the middle ?

I would suggest trying different video decoders. What is your TV source?

Ok i didn't have a video decoders set its showing picture now but im only getting a small part of the screen the rest is black?
