Failed recording that starts after reboot is still failed in recordings menu

Sometimes the recording service stops on my machine. I still need to investigate this further. I've set the recording service to reboot whenever it stops working. When it happens, there's usually a failed recording. However, after a reboot the recording starts again, which is great. But in the recordings menu the entry stays "Failed", even though it's recorded. Not a big problem though.

I have a problem with NRecord.exe stopping mostly at the end of an EPG update but sometimes at the end of a recording with the error below:-

Graph stopping... (async)
Async stop taking way too long

Any recordings taking place at the time of the crash would stop and marked as failed even though the recording is complete and can be played. Obviously any later recording will fail as the Record service has stopped.

To watch a recording that says it has failed I use SQLite Spy to change the status in the db - Scheduled Recordings from 3 to 2 and delete the failure reason - NPVR will then play the recording
