Impressed with TBS 6981

I recently received my TBS 6981 dual DVB-S2 from their shop, shipped out of Singapore. It installed easily and showed up in the devices applet no problems. It works great with DVB-S2 channels and changes channels as quickly, or more quickly than any card I've used before, and is also very quick between transponders. It is a little slow to initialise on first use, but not as slow as my Twinhan/Azurewave cards were.

All in all, I am extremely happy with the way the card performs in nPVR and can recommend it whole-heartedly. I only wish now that I'd spent a bit more $$$ and got their new quad-tuner card. That will have to wait until I'm a bit more flush

Been looking at their cards. Just waiting for the TBS6992 DVB-S2 PCI-E Dual Tuner Dual CI Card to come out.
