missing link in sticky on 30 and file date

Hello
I have tried to do all patch in Sticky but link to # 30 is dead

NPVRTSMon.ax in patch 1-29 + r2a is from 29-feb if I haven't done any mistake or is this one in #30?

The Pre-R2 "Skip Patch" rev 2a includes patches up through #28, as described in the post.

I've fixed the link for patch #30; that is the NPVRTSMon.ax you were missing.

edit: I went ahead and updated the skip patch to rev 2b - all patches through #30 now included.
