I remember a Chip-shop in Haddington that did a rather nice Haggis in Batter. One of those with a large portion of Chips (Like fries but with potato in side - for those on the other side of the pond Big Grin) and you wouldn't need to, nay couldn't eat for the next 3 days Smile
Pizza in Batter -that's just not right
Why is it you never see haggis legs on sale outside of Scotland with 3 per beast you would think = or is that a closely guarded secret.

Back to Marmite - my brother and his family always stock up with several pounds of the stuff before heading back to Louisiana - can't get it or proper sausages or cheddar cheese over there.
It's not an overly complicated system - it's more - overly simple operatives  Huh

Just catching up.....

How about Marmite chocolate? http://www.unilever.co.uk/brands/latestb...olate.aspx
Remembering HHGTTG and Douglas Adams 60th I got the 5 story pack from Amazon last week and found a "don't panic" screensaver which I though fitted the non-keyboard Kindle perfectly.

Yes my kids have just pointed this out to me in Sainsburys. terrible idea.
