I just installed my pvr-150mce and followed the gbpvr quick setup guide. Things seemed to go as guide indicated, my problem is now when I go into the gbpvr menu, view the TV guide, select a chanal and press the watch button, all the chanals are very fuzzy. I can barely make out any resemblance of a picture. What did I do wrong???

I just ran the tuning assistant and it did manage to find a couple of chanals. I did go back to the gbpvr menu and was able to see those. But that's only a handful of stations out of 75+ I can get directly thru the TV.

I also noticed there is no sound! What might be causing this???

Where in the world are you?

Is your ariel connected correctly? You didnt accidentally hook up to the FM connector on the 150MCE?

I'm in Rochester, MI; USA. Tightened connections and now have a poor picture in all chanals. Now I get back from under my desk... read sub's post and YES, I'm a dumb shit!!! I've connected it to the FM post.

I'll correct and post back in a few minutes. [Image: rock.gif]

What do you know, great picture when you connect the cables properly. Sorry for the nooby screw-up.

Now, on to the 'no sound' problem. Here's my system specs...
DFI nF4 with onboard sound; Winchester 3200+; 1gig OCZ ram; Window XP with SP2. Do I need to connect any cable between the pvr 150 and mother board sound jacks?

I rebooted and now my sound is working thru gb-pvr!
It's 3am, I'm off to bed. Tomorrow I try my first video capture. Thanks for the support.
