Creating DVDs from recordings

I remember there was a thread about writing DVDs automatically from gbpvr. But I cannot find it.

So I will write my questions/whishes here again:

1) I would like to edit the mpg files within gbpvr. Does someone plan to make a plugin for this?

2) I would lie to burn a DVD directly from gbpvr (perhaps with nero in the backend) is someone working on that?

I have seen those features (and more...) in a linux based PVR called "VDR". Does someone know this software? Lots of good ideas which could be transferred to windows...

Lets see, the first, probably will not see that happen. My suggestion is videoredo. They actually can take comskip as input.

for #2, check out myvideos I thought reven added support for dvd burning.

Yes, the "My Videos" plugin supports DVD burning. You even do not need any commercial software. It works pretty well for me.
