NPVR Add-on Now Included in OSX Nightlies

I have just verified as of 10/21 Frodo nightlies the NPVR add-on is included and working great!

I saw in the commits someone fixed some code that needed to be there, I'm surprised it worked on linux. The joys of open-source! However now on the other side, sub needs to remember to not use his local repo.

I saw these the other day. They were only some very minor changes to a couple of #ifdefs to get it to compile correctly on OSX.
