Yes I did. The Problem was the driver...
Had to install the driver MediaPortal (PBDA deaktiviert), after that the channel scan worked immediately.

Unfortunately the channel scan did not find any channels. With DVB-Viewer I am able to find channels.
My cable provider uses the following frequencies: Transponder: QAM 256, Symbolrate 6.900

You might have to modify one of the "All Channels/All Regions" .ini files (found in C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Tuning\DVB-S\) and adapt the frequencies and symbol rate to your need.
