Black Screen With Both Live TV and Recording Playback

I am getting nothing but a black screen with I attempt to watch live TV or playback a recording done NPVR. The recordings play correctly with VLC or Media Player Classic.

Attached is a log from attempting to playback a recording. I have tried all of the options in decoders renderers.

shows no MPEG playback decoder.

The quickest solution might be installing LAV from http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=156191

Or you could PM Hoborg for the "enhanced" version of SAF from http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...light=saf6

Success !

Initially I simply set MPEG2 Video to Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder and got a picture. But no sound. I then downloaded SAF. After setting all the audio decoders to LAV Audio Decoder, I got sound.

The live TV displays a picture for a few seconds and then a black screen. I am not to worried about that.
