Quality = 60 suggests a dodgy (and variable) signal from your aerial. Try taking out any or all signal splitters. An aerial amplifier might help. An amp worked for me (that and a new aerial) and I have been using two Nova-T tuners without incident for years.

Likewise. I fitted an amplified splitter in the loft - one download for the TV's downstairs and 3 or 4 leads into the shack for some nova-t-500's and a dvb-t2 stick.
My 'quality' never drops below 95 percent whereas before the amp/splitter it could drop to 50% and drop out, especially on the higher frequencies.
My only problem with nova-t-500's is a two-weekly reboot of the PC is needed or they get lost when resuming from hibernation.
