NPVR not recording analog channel

Hi,

I've setup NPVR 2.5.9R1 with a digital and analog card (PVR150). Think all is properly setup, capture card visible in NPVR and frequencies loaded.
Problem is when I try to record from the analog device, a zero-length .ts is created and CPU (Celeron G550) jumps to 50%.
I am clueless. Any help is welcome. Logs attached.

how many PVR-150's do you have? Your log shows 3, and it's attempting to use the 2nd of the 3.

go into Settings->Devices and post a screenshot (use .jpg - the forum software seems to shrink .png's to unusable size). Then also post your NPVR log again, after you've gone into devices. additional info gets logged when you access that screen.

one PVR150 and a PVR500 (which in fact is a dual PVR150). Actually, I recently switched from the three analog cards to the digital (which can record some channels in parallel) and turned off the analog ones (a part of a major upgrade in hardware, DVB-C receiver, byebye GBPVR1.4.7 etc)
Recently the wife hit the limit that the one digital receiver wasn't sufficient. Instead of spending another 65 euros or so for another digital receiver, I thought to enable one of the analog cards.....

Thanks for looking at this issue. Must be something very trivial...but I can't see it.

I see you're using a network share as your LiveTV buffer; that's an odd thing to do, though I don't suppose there's any reason it can't work. Perhaps you have a permission problem? Just to make sure, try setting your LiveTV buffer to C:\Temp or something like that (make sure it exists, of course).

Also, are you sure your PVR-150 is WinTV PVR device #2? And the PVR-500 is #1 and #3? That seems odd.

Hi,

Did a partial re-install of the system and removed the PVR150-card. The PVR500 is recognized as two PVR150's.
Live TV recording with the digital card works on the network drive, but I changed it any how to local drive (in fact, the network drive maps to a local drive. guess it is a legacy setting from the GB-PVR times).

Now I see in the logs that the ERROR-msg are gone and I was once able to record from the analog device but this is not a stable behavior. Most of the times the created .ts file is zero length without any clue in the log files. Occurs for both Live TV and recordings.

Very strange and annoying.
If you are clueless, then I guess I'll just have to say goodbye to the analog cards. No problem.
