Yep.. looks like all the testing I was doing to find the source of my problem screwed with my codecs.
You pointed my in the right direction, at least.
Setting them from LAV to something else gets video, at least.. audio is not working right.

So, I'll mess with my codecs and see what I can get working. Thank you for your time and pointing me in the right dir!
