Unable to set a recording using NEWA with 3.1.1

Unable to set a recording using NEWA with 3.1.1

Installed 3.1.1 this morning and just shecking through noticed a program missing for tonight. Tried to record from NEWA but only option is Close.

THought it might be a channel issue but any program on any channel gives same result.

Logs attached.
Siemens Scaleo E, P4 3.2GHz, 2Gb Ram, Win XP, 2 x Nova-DVB-S2 Cards, 1 x Nova-DT Card, 1Tb HDD. Samsung BD-F6500

Seem to be working now.
Siemens Scaleo E, P4 3.2GHz, 2Gb Ram, Win XP, 2 x Nova-DVB-S2 Cards, 1 x Nova-DT Card, 1Tb HDD. Samsung BD-F6500

I thought i better give it a try.
When I click "record this episode", that window refreshes, but doesn't change. I have to close that and refresh the TV Guide page to see that it has registered the request. If I click on the programme again and "cancel recording", again the sub-window refreshes but doesn't change, and I have to close that and refresh the Guide again to see the effect. It is 15 months since I last used NEWA, and I'm pretty sure it worked better then.

What browser and version are you using?

You using the older table based screens (guide.aspx) or the more modern CSS screens (guide2.aspx)?

I can't seem to record a series, Grey's Anatomy specifically. I can record individual episodes however. It doesn't work in the web app or the desktop app. It simply says recording failed. I'll get some logs later if necessary.

Did you try to set the series on the same day of the first recording? i.e did you try to set the recurring on tonight's (Thursday 10/17/13)episode? If so, the first episode is probably the one that failed... look at next week and see if it is scheduled and do a one-off on the current days. You can check to see if the recurring did schedule by going to the Schedule tab and click to select none then click the recurring only recordings.

If it did not set... go to next weeks episode and try setting the recurring on it.

If it still fails do you have other things recording at the same time which may prevent a tuner being available.
