Strange error when clicking on 'Devices in settings dialog...

Ultimate goal: setup nPVR to work with XBMC.

Issue: I cannot setup my tuner device in settings dialog.

Please see attached screen shot.

My setup:
Win 8.1
Older SiliconDust HDHomeRun HDHR-US Dual Networked High Definition Digital Tuner Device (White)
NextPVR version 3.1.1 with NPVR_2.5.9_Post-R2_Rollup_2_I

I have browsed other posts for a while now and have not found anything specific to my situation. Screen shot shows HDHomeRun working and the error I get when trying to configure nPVR.
My Windows install has been quite stable so I am not convinced something OS related is causing this. Any help would be appreciated! I am happy to grab other logs or any debug information that might help. I am an experienced user and already have already setup XBMC on multiple devices with MySQL for database sharing so a bit of troubleshooting shouldn't be over my head. Thanks in advance for the help!!

What is your suggestion? What other version should I be using?

3.1.1 with the 3.1.1 patches.

Understood. I blame tunnel vision for not realizing the obvious.
