Hi All,
I've seen several appends with this subject, but not seeing a clear cause.
Although, I do have an HD HomeRun Prime, which seems to be a common thread, I am wondering if it's just a bad device, or some sort of glitch from twc...
Anyway, I had a recording set for a college football game at 3:30 this afternoon. I went to watch it tonight, and I get the subject error, and naturally a 0 length file.
Logs are attached.
I get this error about once a week, on random recordings.
Today, (for other reasons) I installed a new router, new IP addresses, restarted everything to get everyone, including NMT back on the air. To make sure everything was clean, I hit record on a show at 1:55 to record the last 5 minutes. I was able to play this back, so thought I was good to go.
At 2:59pm, it looks like the recording I was interested in failed to start.
2013-11-23 15:29:00.015 [DEBUG][7] Executing: C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun\hdhomerun_config.exe 13145D13 get /tuner0/status
2013-11-23 15:29:00.046 [DEBUG][7] Status: ch=none lock=none ss=0 snq=0 seq=0 bps=0 pps=0
The recording went until 7:00pm, at which point I also set up 2 - 30 minute recordings in case the football game ran over. Same channel, etc. These recorded just fine.
2013-11-23 18:59:00.015 [DEBUG][7] Recording due to start pre-padding, but tuner not available
2013-11-23 18:59:00.015 [DEBUG][7] Scheduled Recording about to start maybe a candidate for moving to another tuner (different locator than another recording on same device)
But then again, I think this says that tuner0 is bad(??) but this recording at 7:30 did record just fine..... I just played it back, and it's there.
2013-11-23 19:29:00.046 [DEBUG][7] About to start HDHR device. Checking status for information sake... (could tell if it's already in use elsewhere)
2013-11-23 19:29:00.046 [DEBUG][7] Executing: C:\Program Files\Silicondust\HDHomeRun\hdhomerun_config.exe 13145D13 get /tuner0/status
2013-11-23 19:29:00.437 [DEBUG][7] Status: ch=none lock=none ss=0 snq=0 seq=0 bps=0 pps=0
So, ultimately, I am not real clear on what I am reading in the log, and would appreciate some advice.
A few weeks back, I thought I tried disabling tuner0 (as a shot in the dark) but still saw an error (I think).
I would greatly appreciate any help with this problem.
