That doesn't look like a Google TV device they don't show GTV even running so, it looks like a basic RK3188 Android TV stick. Best bet is to try and install an XBMC apk, even though the RK3188 is not highly rated for XBMC, YMMV.

Well XBMC for Android does not work on the stick, nor does it work on my smartphone. But the stick has very good video performance, with MXPlayer it even plays .ts files with subtitles.

@reven, I'd still like to test your app on my little player, it actually says "Google TV" on the flashscreen at startup. Where can I download the nessesary files/instructions?
