NextPVR not recognizing K-world UB435-Q

Hello all,

I am using NextPVR for a while now (Windows 8). But I decided to clean up the PC and removed stuff that I didn't need anymore (like other PVR programs).

Now NextPVR (and any other PVR for that matter of fact) doesn't recognize my tuner anymore. I re-installed the drivers a few times, and there are no errors in the device manager.

I re-installed DirectX and ran the filtercheck tool, which I attached.

I think I removed something crucial but not sure what!

I would expect that this tuner requires only drivers and no other software to work with NextPVR. Are the USB drivers for your motherboard all up to date? Does Device Manager show any errors for any devices (USB or tuners or anything)? Have you tried disconnecting the tuner, re-booting, reconnecting the tuner and re-booting again?
