[iGL] 24: Live Another Day

Is there any interest in having imageGrabLite special case the current season of 24? From the outset it has been a problem since tvdb.com didn't match the episode name with Fox. That is fixed and now the biggest problem is the use of colons and the name itself. I think the name that matches XBMC/Plex best is simply

24.S09E##.ts

I ended up trying to deal with it by doing a couple of things manually.

1- Download the XML file for 24 from thetvdb.com.
2- Rename it to 24 Live Another Day.xml and put it in Users/public/NPVR/Media/Shows/24 Live Another Day.xml
3- In the recording directory named 24 Live Another Day I added a tvshow.nfo file with the URL to the 24 page on thetvdb.com

That seemed to work (and least I think I tested it), but if imageGrabLite expires out the manually created xml file, I suspect this will all go south. So that's the long way of saying, it would be nice if there was some way for imageGrabLite to deal with this. Otherwise I'll just do them manually.

Sorry if I'm hijacking this thread, but I have a similar problem, I have a bunch of Ancient Aliens episodes and I'v completely lost trach of what is what. Based on the description in the .xml file,

@RedDwarf, yeah that is quite a hijack. Based on that one example, you might be able to parse the description field to get the S/E (but in this case I don' know what the 12 is) and even move the subtitle "The Time Travellers" this is the kind of regex that would do that \((\d+)/s(\d+)\)(.+?)\n(.+)

I know too little about how to use ImageGrabLite but I'd love to find out. Is there some documentation other than the wiki somewhere that I can scratch my head over?
