NEWA not showing EPG

I am using SD as my EPG source and when I go to the NEWA page, I don't get any tv listings. I tried updating to the most recent version of NEWA but that didn't seem to fix anything. Is this a known issue or is anyone else experiencing?

Sometimes some users have found they need to empty the epg and reload it from NextPVR to solve this problem.
