So with subs help I got my WinTV prv 150 card working (I think) on my npvr.
But now with I start LiveTV all I get is a black screen. My connection is to a Comcast HD STB via the Video and right / left audio out the back.
So I decided to download EPG follow the procedure npr documentation thinking that was the next step to get a picture but after loading the channel list I still get a black screen when I select LiveTV.

some direction on fixing this would be helpfull.

thanks

Probably best to reproduce the problem, then zip and attach your logs.

It could be the MPEG2 video decoder you've got selected.

What MPEG2 decoder do you have selected on the Settings->Decoders screen?

OK, another DUH moment. It was set to disable. I set it to the Microsoft selection and it started working.
So, now that I have your can you tell me why my EPG doesn't show the detail about what's playing on the channel at a specific time?

the EPG source is XMLTV

I'm using mc2xml
the batch file looks like this

E:
cd E:\mc2xml
mc2xml.exe -d 168 -o TVGUIDE.xml -s 6

Did you originally import your channels from your TVGuide.xml?

Do you see current listings in your tvguide.xml data? Do you see listings in your TV Guide screen?
