Continue Last Channel on Startup

I am having issues with the Kodi LiveTV playback setting "Continue Last Channel on Startup". After I enable this setting, when turning on my HTPC or waking from standby, I receive the error "Tuner no longer available". If I go to change the channel via the EPG, it will begin to work, however the message of "Tuner No Longer Available" stays on the screen.

I am running Kodi 14.1 on Windows 8.1 with a HDHomeRun Prime. I have the latest dll's posted by Sub on Jan 31st. Logs are attached.

The Silcondust utilty can't open that channel.

Any idea why that would be happening or how I could fix? It is a channel that I can access. It just does not work upon wake.
