Using Aero worked for me. I have Windows 7.1 Home Premium SP1. I normally use a Basic Theme and that's what caused the problem. When I switched to Aero, I got an error message with no red X, hit continue. I got to a screen where I could pick a lineup and went on from there. Thanks for the help.
