NextPVR channel guide not showing all channels on Fios TV

Hello All, I am new to NextPVR. I've gotten it working (mostly). When I update channel listings, there are a few (not many) channels that don't show - although they do show in WMC

If you can do a scan, then post your npvr.log, and the names of some of the channels that aren't being found, I'll check it out.
