File Naming (for MCEBuddy, Plex)

Hi,

Trying to get MCEBuddy and Plex working with NextPVR (for when I travel, have converted videos available). That said, for some sporting events I would like the subtitle information stored in the name (like Name-Subtitle-Date). Is this possible? I don't see the option in settings, rather just series information.

Or perhaps can this be stored in metadata somehow?
