"buffering" in Live TV

I installed the SAF6 decoders supplied by Hoburg, but now I"m getting what appears to be buffering on several channels in Live TV; could this be caused by a weak signal from the station, or is there something else that could cause this?

I'm not sure what you mean buffering? What are you seeing?

Weak would usually cause either audio/video breaking up, or nothing at all.

Video and audio stops for 1-3 seconds, then starts up again.

and it does this repeatedly why watching tv? Yep, sounds like weak signal is quite likely.

I doubt you have the same problem and I don't know what tuner you are using but I had a similar problem with my HDHomeRun Prime tuner and it was due to my computer connected to the router and the Prime tuner being connected to a switch. As soon as I put both on the same switch, the problem went away. Made me crazy for weeks on end and it was that simple for me.
