Comskip just not working with ParallelProcessing.bat

If I run my video through comskipgui it finds a logo and generates the logo and edl files. If however I run it through ParallelProcessing.bat the the edi is always empty. Attached is my comskip log

You might check on the COMSKIP forum for some help.
One thing you might check is if you are using the same ".ini" file for both runs. In my case, I had some initial problems only to find that I had a couple of directories with COMSKIP in them and didn't know which one was actually being used. Once I got rid of all but one, I no longer had a problem.

Thanks. I checked the forums and the issue is with newer version of comskip do not work correctly with parallel processing. So I've rolled back to an earlier version that works.
