Ctrl right arrow - display locks

Just wondered if anyone else has the jump (ctrl arrow) in a playback get stuck? The sound will play, but the video locks. Doing it again and everything works again. Or sometimes the command to jump back will get the video working again.

That is almost sure a decoder problem, what video decoder(s) are you using?

MPEG2 Video>AMD Video Decoder
H.264 Video>Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder
HEVC Video>Disabled

yeah, the AMD Video Decoder does that. suggest you try SAF (linked in tech support sticky), probably have to ask for unlocked version.

The SAF fixed the problem.
