NPVR Service Seemingly Locks up at end of recording when recording on multiple tuners

I have searched and not found a similar problem.

I have been set up with NextPVR for a couple of years and have started having a problem recently that I cannot figure out. Any help would surely be appreciated.

My setup

Windows 10
NextPVR 4.10
2 Hauppauge DualHD USB Tuners and a single WinTV 950q. All recording ATSC off antenna
Using NextPVR as a backend ATSC tuner for Kodi

Basically everything was working fine until a few weeks ago. I would record multiple programs at the same time almost every night.
At some point, any time multiple programs recorded at the same time, at the end of the recording a few things would happen.
1. The recordings would be in the list, but would have either the error "Recording Service was stopped during the recording" or "No error, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal". It is possible the second error is due to weak signal on the tuner, but it shouldn't cause the following issue.
2. Any subsequent program would not record with the message "Recording Service not running at recording time"
3. The taskbar running (N) icon would be red even when no recording was taking place at that time. If you try to right click to check the status, nothing will happen
4. If you manually try and restart the NPVR Recording Service, it times out as it will not stop
5. If you try to reboot the PC, you are stopped by windows telling you that NPVR was currently recording even though no recording is shown in the guide or recordings tab

You can restart the PC and everything will be back to normal and work correctly until a multiple recording instance happens and it would go back to the NPVR service locking up again.

I figured it was just a one off thing, so I decided to completely redo my computer from scratch with a fresh Windows install.
I reinstalled everything and tried the multiple recordings at the same time and everything worked great again......
Until last night when it started acting up again. 3/21/18 at the end of the 7:00 hour recordings

Before I restore to see if that fixes the problem I was hoping yall could look at the logs and tell me if there is something that changes that causes this. No windows updates happen prior to this or anything. Just seems to happen out of the blue.

The way I have been testing is on a fresh restart, I do 4 manual recordings for 10 minutes of 4 different channels. All recordings start and seem to record fine. Only at the end of the recording, do the errors show up and the service freezes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You

If you create a c:\temp\ directory, do you get a c:\temp\crash.mdmp file when this happens?

I don't see anything that mentions NPVR at all in Event Viewer.

I restored to a point where I know the recordings worked previously and they still do not work.

Do you get a picture in WinTV? Maybe your antenna is bad.

It looks like all your recordings are failing with

2018-03-21 20:35:00.248 [DEBUG][9] No errors, but no data delivered

and all your tuning attempts don't lock.

What he said.

Also, you could also try this. Stop the recording service, and temporarily try running "nrecord.exe RUN" in a command prompt, that way we should see a message if it crashes.

All channels come in crystal clear if I watch in NPVR with no macroblocking. Signal appears to be strong. TV which is hooked up to same antenna had almost full signal on all channels.

I did the nrecord.exe RUN and get the same error, but no "crash". See attached log of the command prompt.

Also, to add, the recordings seem to work fine if I do one at a time. It seems to only be trouble if I record more than one show at time.
Something seems to hang and keep it thinking the tuner is in a recording state in addition to the "No errors, but no data delivered"
