Looking for Live TV help

Maybe try watching an old recording, that previously played fine, and check if that plays fine or badly.

You for sure do not want it to only work with the "nrecord.exe RUN command prompt" running for the long term, this indicates there may still be an issue with your setup & will cause other problems
