Getting all channel listings - decimal channel numbers

If he's still got the problem with the 3.6.x release (due this weekend), I can take a closer look for you.

I am new here and am a cord cutter too. I am having trouble with Kodi switching to decimal channels. I did a search "decimal channels skipped" and got this answer. is there another fix?
