Can anyone tell me how to get nextpvr to save all recordings to the same folder?

Change from true to false.
Save.

<AutoCreateFolders>false</AutoCreateFolders>

Thanks a lot. I've been a beyondTV user for a while now and just decided to jump ship It's a still a great app but it's just getting too long in the tooth now It's so sad how much the pvr market has thinned out. The setup was pretty painless. Here's my next question. I used to use an ir blaster with BeyondTV. Does nextpvr and similar capabilities.

yes, but it's up to you to configure the blaster to work using whatever utilities work with it. Once you have the blaster able to control your STB, you add the command line for the actual blaster program when you define your channels. NextPVR does provide a Haupblast.exe utility for use with Hauppauge's ir blaster, but even then you still must configure the blaster with Hauppauge's utilities first.

The channel changer executable field becomes available when you create or import channels using an input source where a channel changer would make sense: various kinds of A/V inputs, or a fixed tuner channel (i.e. channel 3 output from an STB).
