Alt-Enter not working for me 3.6.6

I am running V 3.6.6 on Windows 10. Since going to 3.6.6, alt-enter does not switch from window to full screen. If I'm in window mode and hit alt-enter, it minimizes to the task bar. If I change config to start full screen, same thing happens. I cannot say for sure what I was running before going to 3.6.6, but it was working. I don't have any other significant issues with 3.6.6, but this one is really aggravating. I looked over the notes for the 3.6.6 release and didn't see anything about this. Of course, it could be my particular setup, but it used to work before.

Strange, I have 6, 3.6.6 clients and no issue with alt-enter. Make sure that when going from window -> full screen you are focused on the NPVR window.

I discovered what's happening, but still don't know why. I have two monitors. The secondary monitor is a Sony TV set to "extend to this display". If I run NEXTPVR and it is displaying on the "main" display (ASUS Monitor) and hit alt-enter, it goes to full screen, but on the SONY TV, not on the main display! I didn't have the TV on when I wrote the original post, so it appeared that it was minimizing, but it was actually on the secondary monitor. This seems to me to be unusual behavior. Did not seem to happen before I went to 3.6.6.

Think I figured out what's happening. Due to something (not sure what) Windows sometimes makes the primary display number 2 and the secondary display number 1. This is the case on my system. It appears that NextPVR "full screen" goes to display number 1 whether or not it's the primary. I was finally able to change the primary to number 1 using the AMD Catalyst Software and this fixed it. I was NOT able to do this with Windows' Display settings.
