Update: It turns out my problem was completely unrelated to SD. I needed to flush the DNS on my NextPVR recording server and all was fixed. For whatever reason the DNS was having issues. Once I fixed that problem by flushing my DNS and updating to alternate DNS servers, problem solved.


Great that you got it figured out!
I attempted to empty the EPG, but it didn't do anything. Ran the update anyway and it didn't change anything, still no shows. I also got some "unhandled exception" error message pop up.

Yes, that was it. I'm very sorry for bothering you with something so simple... I've been using SD for years-- not sure how my log in information would have suddenly been deleted from my NPVR settings. I just assumed it was something less obvious.

There's an issue related to Schedules Direct username and login. I have never changed my credentials, yet I had to reset my password after failing to login. Why? No response here from SD after PM'ing, but I managed to solve the problem anyway by changing the login settings and updating the EPG in NPVR. I have a TV guide again...phew!
