Recordings Page Shows Only Programs Recorded Last Night

First let me say that I did a search before starting this thread as requested.

I have dozens of programs recorded, but the Recording page shows only those recorded last night. Frankly can't say if this occured just this morning or has been happening from the get go. Been dealing with NextPVR issues, Schedules Direct issues, NextEnd issues, and Windows 10 issues on two computers as well as preparing for new furnace and air conditioning.

Which recording window are you looking at? The "What's New" window will only show any recordings made in the last 7 days, unless you have changed that time in the config.xml file. The "Ready Recordings" window will show you every recording that is IN YOUR NPVR DATABASE. This part is important! NPVR doesn't scan your folders looking for recordings. It simply keeps track of them by storing data about them in the database. If you have deleted the database in all of your flailing about, then you will need to take some extra steps to get them back into your current database. If you deleted the original, I think that NPVR will automagically copy a new, blank one in its place.

I seem to recall that there IS a way to import your recordings into an existing database, but I'll defer to someone more knowledgeable on that matter.

I also strongly suggest that you FIRST get your main NPVR server working properly before you move on to setting up a client (assuming that this is the 2nd system that you're referring to). Doing otherwise could have you wasting lots of time chasing your tail. Also don't worry about extras like NextEnd for now. Get your server working correctly first.
