Live TV plays for a couple seconds then loses the tuner

Hello I've read quite a few posts on here about this problem but I can't find any which have my exact problem. I'm using Kodi on an FireTV Box.

Live TV will start and play normally for a few seconds then I get the message "Tuner no longer available" and the screen freezes. Sometimes if I hammer the channel a few times from the guide it will start again but only lasts for few seconds before freezing again?

Also I get an error when I try to visit the 127.0.0.1:8866 page. Here is a copy paste of what it says:

This has happened for a few people when the upgrade failed to upgrade all the components. Run the 'Stop NPVR Server' shortcut, then download the installer again and rerun it.
