Working a problem the other day I clicked on enable IPV6 from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929852 and somehow the Microsoft Decoders came back.

They have been missing since installing windows 10.

Both the Audio and Video Mpegs work fine.

In 3.9.2 sub re-enabled selection of this decoder since it is available to those people like me who upgraded to Win10 plus those that have bought or installed the Microsoft DVD Player.

The 3.9.2 added them back into your list, but will now give an error message to the user if they failed to hook up. Previously it'd just hide them because they'd fail to hook up for a lot of people (since MPEG2 was knobbled in them).

Thanks for the info and re-enabling the decoder. Downloading Decoders from bad site can produce unpredictable results!

Not that many people will have a functional 'Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder ' on Windows 10, but at least those that do will be able to use it now.

So if I buy the Windows 10 dvd player for the $15, would that make the Microsoft DTV-DVD Video Decoder function correctly with NextPVR?
The Codec seemed to work great in Windows 7 so it seems like a good idea.

Installing the 32bit DVD Microsoft player using the following instructions has worked for other users, and successfully got them the Microsoft DTV-DVD decoder...
