Samples Add In programs

I'm a SAP programmer who also dabbles in C# (mostly ASP.NET).
I've gone through the introduction tutorial for developing add-ins. Can't seem to find any 'source code' examples
I would like to start developing an add-in but need to see an realistic example of how this is done. The forum refers to the 'comic' example. But this add-in is compiled and does not show/include the source code.
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?

I don't develop plugins myself, so I actually don't know if that will help you, but there is a link to a pdf tutorial.

Also many plugins on wiki have source code. I would recommend the weather plugin. It's simple and has most the gppvr api calls you need for most types of plugins.
