I'm having the same problem. Use NPVR in Kodi with an HDHR Prime and all of a sudden I'm getting that error message. I've changed nothing and I'm stumped. HDHR app works fine.

If you reboot, does the problem go away?

If not, zip and attach the complete c:\users\public\npvr\logs directory.
