Kodi 17.2 breaks NextPVR add-on?

Just updated Kodi on two Android boxes to Kodi v17.2 (Nvidia Shield & Xiaomi Mi Box) and both are giving the same error.
"Add-on couldn't be loaded. Can't load shared library."

I rebooted both boxes, restarted the NextPVR service on the PC it's running on, cleared the cache of the Android boxes. Still no luck.

It's been working flawlessly since v16.
Any ideas?

Windows 10 Serving up NEXTPVR

Android TV (Sony MM 6.01) 17.2 - worked fine on 17.1
If I Use SPMC (16.6.0) Works fine on the same TV!
Nexus Player N7.01 17.2 - worked fine
Win 10 (store app) 17.1 Still works - haven't updated

NPVR windows client still works

Latest NPVR Build - Checked for updates on NPVR Addon in Kodi (3.0.3)

Same error "Add-on could be loaded - Can't load shared library"
Can't update / run or unstall

Seems that NextPVR has been removed from 17.2, it is not listed in the PVR Addons in the installation file.

If you install 17.1 again, copy the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Kodi\addons\pvr.nextpvr" or "C:\Program Files\Kodi\addons\pvr.nextpvr" folder to another location. Install 17.2 then copy it back to that same directory it should restore it to working order.

Otherwise stick with 17.1 until it has been fixed.

Apparently the Kodi guys are aware of issues with the 17.2 release, and they're preparing a 17.3 release.

Just got 17.3 - Just re-enabled NextPVR - all settings still there - all working again

Yep, 17.3 seems to work fine for me as well.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work with OSMC running Kodi 17.3. Do you have any ideas why? Or when it should be fixed?
