Switching channel between IPTV and HDPVR2 shows missing decoder message

I'm seeing a consistent issue when watching live tv and switching between an IPTV channel and a channel from the HDPVR2. I get no audio, and a message about "missing audio? you dont have a ac3 decoder selected", when of course I do. Changing decoders doesn't help.

i found this in the logs, maybe it is helpful. Logs zip attached.
