EPG not populating DVB/ATSC Australia

I am new to this forum but I have been using NextPVR for a number of years and has been working like a dream. Suddenly, a few days ago, the EPG died for all channels (see below):

But he was using XMLTV. My installation defaulted to DVB/ATSC and I never had to configure anything, so the post didn't help me much.

I attach the log files.

I am located in rural Western Australia and running Windows 10. This happened shortly after the most recent update, but that may be a coincidence. I am using a fairly new USB DVB-T IT9135 Filter.

I have restarted NPVR and my computer a few times, but to no avail. I have also unplugged and replugged in the tuner.

I'd appreciate any tips or pointers.

Can you hit the 'Update EPG' button and let it complete, then zip and post the complete set of log files?

Actually, I think what has happened is you've either swapped devices (or some system change has made the driver appear as a new device), and the channels are associated with the old device no longer present. Your options are either delete the channels and rescan, or go into the channel properties for each channel and set the EPG to None, hit ok, then go back in and reset it to DVB EPG. Either of these approaches should fix it.

Thanks for your prompt reply, and you are quite right that I have recently bought a new tuner, because the old one was playing up. I have now deleted the old devices, deleted all channels on the new one, and I am rescanning. Shouldn't take long. I'll let you know what happens.

And I'd just like to say that I feel honoured the actual programmer replied to my humble post.

Thank you!!!! Windows 10 update broke EPG last last week. This fixed it!!
