You'll find it's not just NextPVR that'll have issues playing that file. All other players will have issues with that file too, so changing the decoders in NextPVR isn't going to help with playing this smoothly.

It looks like your signal has been dropping out, causing missing chunks of audio/video, effecting live tv and recording.
