Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

Hi,

Windows 10, Running Next PVR 4.0.5 with WinTV QuadHD Tuner. Stopped Working. Attached Logs.

Can you watch in NextPVR itself? (ie, not the web app)

Good Call, i Tried the app and it kept crashing with some random .net error. So i reinstalled NextPVR Still didnt work, Reinstalled the WinTV QuadHD Drivers and it still didnt work. Pulled the card out of the motherboard and reinstalled it. now it works again. Not sure why i had to reseat the card all of a sudden.
