There may be a legitimate iptv service provider in the US but I doubt it. The people that provide iptv services in the us and the uk and in most other countries are stealing the broadcast stream. The BBC are not allowed to distribute uk domestic channels outside of the uk. Any service that is offering, for example, the channels BBC1 or BBC2 in the US is stealing them.

FYI, there have been some tweaks for the next build which will hopefully help with the usaiptv provider.
